I may have been the first person who discovered this as my wifes details were used to hack in our email account ( shared the same password as PFK ). I searched for her email address on google and found the user /password list on a website. I spotted many of the passwords were fishy related and notified PFK.

The user account / password list has since been removed from google. I notice that the site is still down. I sent repeated emails and finally Matt Clarke sent the email to all users. He had known about this for a number of days before the email was sent.

    Cheers

    Richard

I recommend you change all related passwords. If you have a paypal account and it shares the same password as your PFK password, then it may be used by hackers.

Does anyone know when/if the site is coming back on line?

I really miss the forum, it had some of the UKs most knowledgeable fishkeepers on it.
